Shipping and Returns
Please note orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Services), and orders may take up to 5-10 days or less for delivery (depending on your area). We ship on the following business day after purchase.
Orders will be processed Monday-Friday, and or unless it is a Holiday. No shipments on weekends.
Orders received during the Holidays will incur a few days of delays, and will be shipped during our normal office hours. You will receive communications on your order, and when your order is being shipped.

We want you to love our products! If for any reason you are unhappy with our products, please reach out and let us know by sending us an email with your name, purchase date and reason(s).
*We can only accept returns within 15 days of purchase. For any returns received in a timely manner, you will be fully refunded, minus the cost of the shipment and any processing fees.
For any orders that include "free" shipping, you will be refunded the full amount of the products minus the amount of the shipping and handling/processing fees.
Please note for any returns, you will be responsible for the "return" shipment cost.
We would more than happy to make changes/cancellations to your order as long as the order has not shipped. If an order has shipped, the customer is responsible to pay for any processing fees and shipping cost.
